8330 Currency Drive consists of seven small bay units consisting of four long-standing tenants. Quality Cut is a lawn maintenance company located in the first two bays. In the third bay, Line-X installs accessories such as spray-on truck bed lining, coatings for boats, trailers, motorcycles and more. They use their space for product distribution and have been at the Property since it was developed. Stark is in the fourth bay and uses their space for carpet storage and distribution. In units five through seven, RG Woodworks uses their space for building custom cabinetry and distribution and has also been at the asset since it was originally developed.
